My Editing Process I used a vast range of test videos and images that both helped serve me in my screenplay writing stage and script writing stage. Having visual references for potential pre-production was very important and helpful to me as I was able to use the advantage of having my own Canon DSLR , to my advantage. This is important because my test footage helped to eliminate certain potential problems that could have plagued my video production for this smile advert video. Furthermore, I was able to gather a sufficient video file that portrays the rough idea/demonstration to what my final video advert will look like. This was crucial within the software testing stage, as I was able to experiment with my footage and learn the ropes of the programme that i was going to be using as primer pro was obviously not to hand.
